South Coast Comedy
I'm a recent arrival to the Illawarra. Three years ago I made the move, mostly due to a growing distaste for everything "Sydney". You know the stuff I mean, traffic, prices, crowds, pollution.
I love the creative communities in the Illawarra and look forward to cross pollinating ideas and getting work produced.
I started making short films in the 90's. I made a lot of shorts and learnt a lot about film making. This led to the production of "I Can Help" as Writer, Producer and Director. This short won runner up at the 2003 Eyescream Halloween Film Festival. A five-minute psychological thriller. Take a look below... if you dare.
I started doing stand-up comedy in Sydney pubs and clubs, I needed a laugh! This led to my one man show “The Cunning Stunt Tour” at the Sydney Fringe Festival in 2015.
I formed South Coast Comedy a few years ago to write film and TV projects along with producing live shows.
Once COVID 19 struck, I decided to formalise my skills through AFTRS short courses. I lined up directing, producing and writing, tick, tick, tick.
